Role Purpose: The role is responsible for meeting the daily maintenance and repair needs of customers equipment, establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as perform consultative and other administrative duties as required.
Main Responsibilities
• To repair electrical faults in generators, alternators and low voltage switchboards.
• Installation and Commissioning of Generator sets at customer end.
• Register the complaint after getting the complaint call from customers.
• Customer visits and dealing.
• Troubleshooting, routine maintenance, B checks, top overhauling, and major overhauling if required. Carrying out routine maintenance activities to the satisfaction of the customers.
• To give the service visits, i.e. Warranty, Out of Warranty, and AMC. Prepare the service report duly signed and stamped by the customer.
• Follow up for PO from the parts customer quotation reference with the service report.
• Achieving parts and service revenue.
• Carry out technical audit for the field engines.
• Academic & professional qualifications
Minimum: Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Relevant working experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Power Generators as a senior service Engineer.
