Project Management
• Ensure that all projects are delivered within the required specification, time, cost and quality.
• Develop and maintain a centralized project management framework and all necessary processes and templates.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders to scope and plan projects, ensuring technical feasibility and recommend resources, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage and optimize the allocation of resources across the various projects to ensure optimal use of limited resources.
• Provide centralized control, coordination, and reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across all projects; Prepare accurate forecasts of project costs, timelines and resource requirements.
• Recognize potential risks and proactively propose appropriate solutions to meet business objectives based on industry best practices. Escalate project risks to the key stakeholders, as necessary.
• Ensure that project initiatives are aligned to the strategic direction of the organization.
• Establish, coordinate and maintain collaborative partnerships and a wide relationship network across business units, support areas and external service providers for flawless execution of projects.
• Coordinate, mentor and provide direction to the team of Project Managers and Analyst, ensuring balanced allocation of projects.
• Facilitation, coordination and participation in Project Management Committee for oversight, guidance and support for the projects.
Product Development and Management
• Develop new and innovative products and services for both Assets and Liabilities portfolios, that appeal to the Bank’s core market niches.
• Review, improve and implement existing products and customer value propositions plus our approach in delivering products to meet the bank’s desired performance and customer needs and preferences.
• Plan, oversee and implement market research to identify customer/market needs and to support the rationale for product development and positioning within the marketplace to improve the Bank’s product portfolio and profitability.
• Facilitation, coordination and participation in Product Committee to drive product pricing, margins and profitability.
• Drive product knowledge, awareness campaigns and enforcement across the entire Bank .

Skills and Requirements
For the above position, the successful applicant should meet the following criteria,
• University degree in Business or Computer Science, Engineering or related field from a recognized and reputable institution, Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Banking, 4 years of which should be at management level. Experience should include.
• Business skills, financial and data analysis and business performance management.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced forecasting, pricing and business modelling.
• Sound project management skills; project management, Ideation and concept development
• Solid technical background with a good understanding of software development and web technology
• People management, organizational and leadership abilities
• Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Solutions oriented mind set and creative thinking abilities.
• A good understanding of Risk, Compliance policies and procedures
• Demonstrated consistent high performance in roles held.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practice in Banking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to network, generate new business and develop strong business relations.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
