REQUIREMENTS
• Manage and direct the organization to achieve optimum profitability and effective use of business assets and human resources.
• Develop and review company strategy.
• Organize and control major functions relating to the operation and administration of the organization through subordinate executives
• Organize resources, systems and the drive for realizing the Vision & Mission in order to achieve sustained profitable growth of the Company and Organizational Excellence
• Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening organizational climate.
• Develop organization responsive to changing environment by retaining employees, motivated, innovative and committed.
• Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and competitive environment.
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them or recommend their adoption to the Board or governing bodies.
Qualifications.
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field to the industry. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Relevant post graduate or professional qualifications
• 10 years of experience, 4 of which should have been at a senior management level in the Food processing
• Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
