This position will be responsible for witnessing supplies upon delivery, prepare requests for supplies receipt, storage, records and issuance. They will work with HFs to prepare bimonthly order requests and ensure timely submission. They will assess logistics gaps in facilities, and carry out mentorships and technical support supervisions in the HFs. They will partner with the DHO to initiate supply reallocations from overstocked facilities to understocked facilities to eliminate expiries and liaise with warehouses like National Medical Stores, Joint Medical Stores and Medical Access Uganda to ensure timely delivery of supplies to HFs.
Overall Responsibilities

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
- · A Degree in Pharmacy or a relevant diploma in Pharmacy with ‘a degree in Procurement and Supply Chain management or professional qualifications in CIPS’. · Skills and knowledge in forecasting, DHIS2 ordering and reporting for medical logistics, and stores management is key. Ability to implement key elements of the National pediatric ART guidelines is key.
- · At least three years of working experience in medical logistics health systems strengthening.
