Plan, support and implement Health Information solutions for HIV, TB, PMTCT/EID and Laboratory. Implement data quality standards, implement Health information systems development activities to support data analysis and modelling for the project. Work closely with staff at MOH, METS and CDC to review and implement HIS agenda in the region. Offer support to M&E team during implementation of facility based points of care systems, Uganda EMRs (Light), community-based electronic systems, Laboratory information systems and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs).
Overall Responsibilities

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), or related degree.· At least 3 years’ experience in IT systems development.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and design.
- · Strong understanding of national public health and Health Information systems (DHIS2, OPENMRS, KP TRACKER, OVC TRACKER)
- 3 Years Relevant Experience
