Job Summary:
Provide support to the administrative team in a wide range of office and school operations.
Job duties:
• Oversee general operations that facilitate the smooth sailing of school activities through timely follow up on purchase orders and deliveries, payments, school environment maintenance and repair works, etc.
• Ably interact and support children, parents and staff; both teaching and non-teaching, where applicable in the management of student affairs.
• Input a variety of information into an assigned system.
Required qualifications:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative, tenacity and leadership skills.
