Executive Assistant at Nft Consult Ltd

The Executive Assistant will assist General Manager and the Deputy in the management of corporate issues in order to ensure that the company has a good projection at all times, ensure the smooth running of the Executive’s office in an orderly manner, and protect the company’s information and assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as an administrative assistant in the Executive’s office.
• Manage the office of the General Manager and Deputy.
• Focal point of contact for the Executive’s office for staff.
• Managing the Executive’s calendars and schedules.
• Screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Handle the General Manager’s visitors in a courteous manner.
• Handling sensitive information with confidentiality
• Assisting the Executives in the preparation of documents, and presentations for various meetings and ensuring their attendance.
• Design, establish, and maintain a management information system, including physical and electronic files in the Executive’s office.
• Operate office equipment including copiers, facsimile machines, and computers, input and retrieve data and text.
• Organize and maintain disk storage and filing.
• Ensures preparation and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing mail as well as confidential documents.
• Plan and control requisition, supplies, and stores to ensure availability when required for General Manager.
• Co-ordinates and provides logistics support for the Corporate Management, Group visiting personnel as well External Consultants.
• Maintain close contact with the Head Quarter to ensure appropriate sharing of information and smooth interface.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with counterparts in the offices of Authorities, Partners, Embassies, and other Institutions.
• Assist General Manager and the Deputy in the management of corporate issues in order to ensure.

Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum Nine (9) years of experience.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Good Knowledge of staff and company policies and procedures.
• Computer Literacy.
