District Program Coordinator will be based in Lwengo/ Lyantonde districts and will be responsible for providing overall leadership and project management support of KCHS activities in two districts (Lwengo and Lyantonde), S/He will be responsible for coordinating, networking, supervising social workers and ensuring services delivery at household level by Para social workers is on course and representing the project, compiling work plans and reports among others.
Person Specifications
The holder should possess preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field. Possession of a post-graduate qualification in project management will be an added advantage. A minimum of three years’ experience in a technical advisory/ support role with a large-scale work and relevant work experience of managing NGOs community-based children and adolescent health projects specifically HIV/AIDS, livelihoods and child protection. Experience in working with Local Governments systems is an added advantage.
