Ensure the projects are compliant and with updated documentation necessary for certification
Key Responsibilities
• ICS project documentation completion in compliance with required Regulations.
• Transaction Certificate applications and supporting documents for domestic and export transactions and getting Transaction Certificates issued on time.
• Carrying out internal inspection and maintaining internal inspection report as and when required.
• Handling external inspections by certification bodies and complying with requirements.
• Overlooking certification documentation for projects and keep ready for unannounced audits any time.
• Communication with certification bodies and external bodies for certification.
• Keep updates on regulatory changes in different certification Regulations.
Education and Professional Qualifications
• B.SC/M.SC Agriculture
• Work Experience Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Organic Certification
• Desired profile
• Independent handling
• Handling of Team
• Decision making
• Handling pressure situation
• Ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
