Qualifications & Experience:
1. Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution of higher learning.
2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution of higher learning.
3. Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a leadership role in an academic institution.
4. Work experience in an institution of higher learning will be an added advantage.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
7. A practicing Christian, ready to acknowledge, respect and promote the identity, vision and mission of the University.

Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Assist the Director in running the Campus especially in academic matters.
2. Oversee Admissions and Registration of students.
3. Link with the Main Campus and other educational institutions on academic issues.
4. Secretary to the Academic Committee.
5. Supervise the Assistant Registrar and Heads of Department.
6. Member of the Administration and Management Committee, Joint Administration and Heads of Departments Committee.
7. Co-ordinate curriculum design and implementation.
8. Conduct academic Seminars and Workshops.
9. Prepare Lecture timetables and conduct examinations on Semester basis.
10. Compile final Course Work marks and examinations.
11. Handle confidential academic matters and records.
12. Organize graduation of students and prepare academic papers for students e.g. Testimonials, Transcripts, Certificates etc.
13. Draw plans for Academic staff development in liaison with Director of the Campus.
14. Chair Academic Disciplinary Committee in liaison with Director of the Campus.
15. Perform any other official duties assigned to him or her by the Director of the Campus or Council.
