We are a leading multi-national financial institution looking to hire highly qualified and skilled individuals for the following position:
Job title: Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager will oversee the Quality Control Unit of the business and ensure sound quality in the credit portfolio through effective controls, constant review of the credit environment, loan processes and related developments, and ensuring compliance with policies and approval terms.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Banking, Economics or Business Administration
• Post Graduate Training in Management is an added advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Financial Institution at a Supervisory level, specifically covering the areas of loan processing, underwriting, credit risk management.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of the Public Service Sector is an added advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Competency in MS suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good leadership and people skills
