We are a leading multi-national financial institution looking to hire highly qualified and skilled individuals for the following position:

Job title: Human Resource Manager
The Human Resource Manager will provide overall strategic leadership for the Human Resources function of the business. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources initiatives and programs that will provide strategic engagement, development and retention of Human Capital and drive a holistic Employee Value Proposition for the Business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• University degree from a recognized institution.
• Holder of HR Professional Certification.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience at management level.
• Experience working in a financial institution is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of end-to-end HR functions.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with SAGE 300 People
