Manager, Savings Group Loans
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Purpose of Position
Responsible for providing leadership in the implementation of Savings Group Loans at VisionFund Uganda to drive growth in line with approved targets and compliance to set Credit policies and risk parameters of the institution. An individual should be able to development Savings Group Strategy, manage sales, customer service, people, risk and control.
Minimum education, training and experience required for the position
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Master in marketing, Business Administration/Accounting added advantage
• Very good analytical & reporting skills
• Very good knowledge of oral & written English
• 5 years’ experience in Saving linkage group management and savings & deposit operations
