Manager, Micro & Small Enterprises (MMSES)
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Purpose of Position
To effectively manage and champion the implementation of growth and retention strategies in the segment of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) within the Operations department of VisionFund Uganda. An individual should be able to development MSES Strategy, manage sales, customer service, people, risk and control.
Minimum education, training and experience required for the position
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Master in marketing, Business Administration/Accounting added advantage
• Very good analytical & reporting skills
• Very good knowledge of oral & written English
• 5 years’ experience in credit management and savings & deposit operations
