Kakira Sugar Limited is a leading sugar manufacturer in Uganda. KSL boasts of two (2) sugar estates, one in Kakira — Jinja and the other in Kayunga. We seek to recruit dynamic, competent and experienced candidates to fill various vacant position in the company.

Reporting to Deputy Manager — mechanization

Will be responsible for
• Driving company vehicle on both short and long official journeys.
• Cleaning the vehicle as and when required to do so.
• Reporting any fault in/on the vehicle to the Deputy Manager -Mechanization as soon as possible.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is secure and safe while under your charge.
• Parking the vehicle every evening in the official parking yard.
• Adhering to the safety. health and environment policy of the company.
• Performing any other related duties as may be assigned to you by the Deputy Manager-Mechanization/Management from time to time.

Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of Primary Leaving Education (PLE) Certificate and a driver’s licence with relevant Class CH.

Experience:
A minimum of three (3)years practical driving with no record of accidents registered against the permit holder.
