We seek to recruit competent persons to fill the following vacant positions:
Position & Grade: ICT Officer
Reports to: Assistant Manager Enterprise Systems
Summary Role: The role of ICT Officer is to enable the delivery of effective and secure ICT systems and contributing to development and implementation of ICT standards and policies. .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer related issues.
• Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems.
• Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users.
• Integrate and configure computer networking for best performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair of hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Identify security gaps and provide relevant solutions in consultation with the Operations manager.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipments.
• Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advise Operations Unit on changes or improvements required.
• Install and support of all ICT hardware and software.
• Maintain inventory of ICT equipment, hardware, and software and ensure adequate supply and functionality, in collaboration with relevant staff.
• Implement the Movit Eagle way by executing your duties in line with Quality, Speed, Cost, Safety and People in order to establish the basis for Effective Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement and Innovation; and
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

Working Relationship and work Environment:
•Working with the entire staff and departments in Movit Products Limited;
• Maintain good relations with key associates and company external stakeholders;
• Office based and ability to manage urgent demands;
• Ability to meet deadlines and exhibit a high degree of flexibility and versatility;
• Ability to work in a team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal candidate for the ICT Officer position should hold minimum a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years` relevant working experience in a technical ICT role;
• Excellent technical knowledge of and experience with a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft and Linux server technologies, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange, cloud-based storage systems, Windows OS, MS Office suites.
• Knowledge of LAN configuration and network implementation and LAN installation and support
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment; and
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, supervision, reporting and organization skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity and confidentiality.
