St Francis Hospital Nsambya commonly known as Nsambya Hospital is the largest non government Hospital in Kampala and a leading health care provider in the city and across the country. The Hospital is owned by the Kampala Archdiocese and founded on the Catholic value system.
The Hospital complex is made up of the Hospital, the Training School, Mother Kevin Post Graduate Medical School (as qualified in the MOU between Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) and Nsambya Hospital) and the Home Care as constituent entities – all together employing over 700 people. The Hospital provides medical care to about 30,000 (thirty thousand) patients annually across a wide spectrum of health care needs -both basic and specialized services
We are looking for an experienced CEO to join our team! The CEO is the highest ranking executive and you will be responsible for overall strategic management of the Hospital which includes the coordination and supervision of the Hospital Management Team (HMT) and its effective decision making. Your role will therefore be crucial to the success of the Hospital as you will be giving all the strategic directions to the team across the Hospital because its survival requires competent management of these talented and skillful people. .
