Camp Supervisors at Q-Sourcing Servtec

On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent and experienced Camp Supervisors .

Main Responsibilities
• Managing filed remote Camps (total bed capacity >700);
• Supervising the Camp services/catering contractor, a company with an average 50 staff in the camps.
• Managing all camp installations- Sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Ensuring the overall organization, safe and efficient operation of remote and turnkey camp operations.
• Following up on all related documents with camp management, invoices approval, scheduling, planning.
• Ensuring strict Compliance to the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Camp and catering staff hygiene during food preparation, serving and food storage areas.
• Managing the day to day running of camp operations, handling accommodation booking, Catering, Refrigerated and non-refrigerated storage, Camp upgrades, Sewage and Water Treatment Plants, water pumps, repair workshops, Cleaning and fumigation, housekeeping, audits and compliance.
• Ensuring that all camp staff (catering,) have been trained and possess the requisite minimum certifications.
• Manage the Camp Personnel On Board (POB) and ensure that periodic drills are done to ensure that all the camp occupants are made aware of the actions to be taken in case of emergency.
• Full utilization of Personnel Transport Software (PTS)/ Tram for; (room allocation, approval of field requests, daily POB, POB projection, certification management). Ensuring camp maintenance are in accordance with the contractual agreement

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Catering & Hotel management or equivalent
• 6 years’ experience in managing a large camp accommodation and working in catering environment with advanced Food Safety and catering training, Workplace Hazard Material Information Systems (WHMIS), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HCCAP). • In-depth knowledge of remote camp operations, Health, Safety & Environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good command of English language and excellent Oral and verbal communication skills
