Call Center Advisor at Exquisite Solution

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to join our dynamic team at a leading telecom company.

Responsibilities or duties:

Full Recruitment

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information on company products, services, promotions, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent delivery service.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications or requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Field from a recognized university is required.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following language combinations: Luo, Swahili, and Luganda; Ateso, Swahili, and Luganda; Runyakole, Rutooro, and Luganda.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated active listening abilities and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Proven ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.
  • Computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
