To drive growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain domestic and international customers. The Manager, Customer Acquisition will lead engagements that drive long-term growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategy for transport, storage and freight
- Lead revenue growth initiatives aligned with budget and strategic business targets
- Manage key accounts and partnerships
- Oversee the performance of the sales team
- Analyze market trends and intelligence to inform acquisition and rentention strategy
- Report on sales performance and return on investment
Qualifications & Experience:
- BBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- At least 8 years of experience with 5 years in supply chain or logistics sales
- Proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
