Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Arranging press conferences and other public appearances.
- Organizing tours, visits, open days and exhibitions and other promotional events.
- Assembling and disseminating press and other media releases and publications.
- Conducting research to understand public opinion and identify communication opportunities.
- Implementing communication plans to address potential crises.
- Responding to media inquiries and requests.
- Monitoring and analyzing media coverage of URSB.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and maintain open communication.
- Updating information on social media platforms, engaging with users, and monitoring online conversations.
Person Specifications
Academic Qualifications

- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in either Mass Communications, Journalism, Communication Studies or Public Relations from a recognised University or institution.
