Office Admin at AEGY Uganda

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate activities throughout the organisation to ensure efficiency and ma i n t a i n compliance with its policy
• Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondences Support in bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the organisation. Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so and any other duties assigned.
• Ensure that the office premises are clean and secure at all times.
• Ensure asset management and reporting any incidents.
• Accurately manage inventory in stores when mandated.
• Support the office.
• Follows up patient inquiries, requests, complaints and keeps them updated about progress. Provides helpful information to client.

Works to achieve job objectives and strives to improve results
• Collects, creates and receives record
• Respects and maintains the nature of records and information entrusted to him/her
• Ensures the security of records entrusted to him/her
• Maintains an organized work environment, filing system with easy access to necessary resources and Files.
• Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Certificate in secretarial studies, inventory and record management, social work and social administration, business administration or any other related field.
• Experience on office management Knowledge in book keeping.
• Computer literate
• Honesty and transparency in his/her transaction.
