Data Entry Assistant at Agri Exim FZE

Job Purpose
Responsible for data collection and data entry of all production related activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Collecting data for the preparation of Batch Production Reports (BPR’s)
• Preparing BPR’s on timely basis and entering BPR data in production dispatch book.
• Reconciliation of BPR; s with stock team whenever required.
• Entering BPRs Data in SAP
• Preparing Over time for production department
• Preparing shift schedules for production staff.
• Preparing list of health and safety requirements for production staff when required.

Education and Professional Qualifications
• Degree in any business related field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Packages is a MUST.
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

Work Experience
• None required
