Salary: UGX 1,361,500
Scope of the work
The Assistant Program Manager will provide adequate and timely guidance and management support to the students on the program through his/her immediate team of Teacher Support leaders. He/ She will support other activities under the unit’s operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide all the necessary assistance needed to the Program manager.
• Report all matters of the program ongoing to the Program Manager daily.
• Assist in budget planning processes and trainings as maybe required.
• Make internal communications and actions in consultation with the Program manager.
• Be updated with all events and programs that took place, those occurring and the fore coming programs.
• Perform any other task assigned to him or her by the relevant authority.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a resident of the required region of operation regardless of the tribe.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Public Administration, and Social Sciences or any related from a recognized institution/university.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Science combinations at Advanced level of education is an added advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable in internet based apps and computers.
