About the job
We are looking for a highly energetic Project Manager for a short-term assignment managing a high-level dialogue and DealRoom.
The job entails:
• Coordination of delegates/attendees for a high-level Dialogue and DealRoom
• Onboarding and management of supply and demand side DealRoom participants
• Coordination of a pre-event webinar for DealRoom participants
• Managing an internal project team including media, communications, logistics, art and design, and Protocol
• Coordinating a pool of service providers
Requisites:
• 5+ years experience in media, finance, PR and or similar client facing roles – excellent communication skills – project management and coordination skills are essential.
Start date: 10th October, 2023. Duration: 8 weeks
