Assistant Transport Manager at EBC

Job Responsibilities
• Day to day monitoring of purchases made for MV spares while being keen on the common spares & their authenticity.
• Managing and generation of POs in Fixx software to ease timely purchase of MV spares as well as the machinery items required in the bakery from time to time.
• Close monitoring of driver behaviors and ensuring that the fleet is operating well as required.
• Monitoring of generator usage while putting emphasis on avoiding fuel abuse & misuse.
• Close monitoring on MV fuel efficiencies and fueling trends of individuals to avoid fuel abuse
• Assisting in updating of the required reports while ensuring information is readily available when required.
• Close monitoring of the mechanics & technicians to ensure jobs are done and completed in the at most reasonable time.
• Assisting in fuel allocations of the MVs while putting emphasis on strictly fueling with total fuel cards.
• Assist in attending to accidents & other related emergencies.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring all the company MVs have the necessary tools as well as the traffic requirements.
