Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for engaging with the local community, understanding their needs, concerns, and aspirations
• Establish clear and open lines of communication between the organization and the community, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination
• Build and nurture relationships with community members, local leaders, government officials and other relevant stakeholders
• Act as a mediator to address community concerns and grievances related to the organization’s activities.
• Work to find mutually beneficial solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or related fields
• More than 5 years of work experience for Community Liaison Officer
• 3 years of work experience for CLO is preferred
• Hometown must be around the area near from Kingfisher Project
• Be able to speak the local languages fluently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of documents, including creation, review,
