Relationship Manager at Jubilee Life Insurance Company

Role Purpose
Primarily responsible is managing bank relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer Account & Relationship Management.
• Plan & carry out marketing activities for Bancassurance products.
• To provide & maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting & any other records which may be required by the Head, Bancassurance to keep up-to-date records of sales & performance.
• Understanding the needs of the end customer & providing appropriate financial solutions.
• Handling of Relationship to aid customer for all his/her insurance requirements.
• To ensure customer documentation is complete & in compliance with the bank’s requirements and underwriting guidelines.
• To help coordinators resolve discrepancies associated to customer documentation.
• To visit existing clients at least once in 3 months and identify and possible cross insurance sales.
• To meet minimum 5 new prospective clients per day.
• Provide client interaction with value calls.
• Attending product trainings, to be up to-date with the market developments.

• Relevant general insurance and life insurance related knowledge.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Customer focus and management oriented

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related field from a recognized University Professional qualification in Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and packages

Relevant Experience

• Minimum (3) years’ experience in a large and reputable Organisation.
