General Manager – Salary: $1800
As our General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our hotel. With your
exceptional leadership skills and extensive industry experience, you will oversee the day-to-day
operations, drive growth, and create a remarkable experience for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a diverse team to provide exceptional service and achieve outstanding guest
• satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and
• maintenance departments.
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and excellence.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
• and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
