Job Description – Out Bound Quality Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collect customer responses & enter data correctly & accurately.
• Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Educates customers who are interested in learning more about the services we offer.
• Places outbound calls to existing customers to appreciate them and assess Customer Experience & Satisfaction.
• Follow communicated Quality scripts while interacting with the clients.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issue/concerns and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Meet standard quality and performance metrics for supported campaigns.
• Provide continuous improvement suggestions to the different LOBs.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills;
• Bachelors Degree in any business related field.
• Should be able to speak Northern languages(Acholi,Langi and Lugishu, Lusoga and luganda is a must.
• High attention to detail or organization, ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
• Call center Experience is an added advantage.
• Basic Excel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
