Contract Management Engineer x2 at Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co. Ltd

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation and signing of general contract and related subcontract, and report the rate of progress regularly.
2. Responsible for the preparation and approval of expenditure payment monthly, and upload the payment document to company’s payment system.
3. Responsible for the subcontractor selection and bidding related work, prepare the ITB and other documents, Organize all departments for contract review.
4. Review the financial risks of various centralized management contracts and agreements.
5. Review the corresponding application for contract execution.
6. Manage the execution procedures of all kinds of contract signing and approval.
7. Follow up the execution of subcontracts and issue the execution analysis report regularly.
8. Prepare the relevant contract budget.

Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in project management economy or law major.
2. At least participating in 3 international engineering projects.
3. At least 3 years of civil work experience in contract archives management and legal affairs.
4. Experience in law and archives management is preferred.
5. Familiar with international law used in Oil and Gas industry.
6. Skilled in full use of Microsoft Office.
7. Healthy and diligent and strong interpersonal skills.
