Supervisor – Electronics at Kakira Sugar Limited

Reports to (position): SUPERINTENDENT – INSTRUMENTATION ENG.
Supervises (Name of Positions): TECHNICIANS – INSTRUMENTATION

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and execute maintenance program for Electronics and communication system,
Surveillance system, Time and Attendance system, Access control system etc., in Kakira
Sugar Ltd and group companies.
2. To provide necessary training to the technical staffs in the section.
3. Liaise with the network service providers for efficient delivery of the network in terms of quality and footprint.
Update the management with the latest trends and technology to reduce the cost of communication system.
5. Provide support to factory instrument team in handling component level fault finding and rectification work.
6. Plan and execute maintenance of electronics and communication systems at the Directors bungalows,
7. Provide support to group companies
8. Liaise with Tower companies for proper and safe structure maintenance.

Knowledge, qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Bachelor of Science Technology- Physics

Experience, Skills and Competences:
Have good Knowledge about Alcatel EPABX, Kenwood Radio Communication, AXIS CCTV,
Ingersoll rand Palm readers etc.
Communication Skills:
Should be able to communicate in English and has good knowledge in computer
