We are looking for a self-motivated and skilled individual to take up the positions of Records Officer.
Key Outputs
• Ensure that all weekly, monthly and quarterly HMIS reports are generated and submitted to the district bio-statistician’s office.
Ensures that all HMIS data collection tools are available at any time.
• Work with the IT officer to capture regular surveys to measure client satisfaction and the results well reported.
• Work with the IT officer to ensure that hospital data is well reported to management for proper planning and quality improvement.
• Receiving and dealing with enquiries and requests relating to data needs
Maintains hardcopy and electronic data files and reports in compliance with the facility regulations.
• Assist health care workers at the facility in data quality assurance.
• Any other duty assigned
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
• At least two years of experience as a volunteer or contractual staff.
• Additional training in HMIS
