Personal Assistant at Hariss International Limited

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the unit head’s calendar schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Update the Unit head on the status of important corporate clients
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Unit head’s office including resources and staff to ensure a smooth flow of tasks
• Arrange for meetings and other organizational related events including preparing minutes and distributing them
• Receive, interact and give the required guidance to visitors to ensure quality customer care
• Coordinate communication (telephone and other correspondences) to and from the Manager’s office.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system in the unit head’s office.
• Work with the Procurement Office to ensure that the procurement needs for the unit head’s office are adequately supplied.
• Any other task or duty assigned.

Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Should be presentable and well spoken.
