Our client, a leading financial institution in the microfinance sub-sector in Uganda, is seeking to fill the vacant positions below:
JOB TITLE: Officer Strategy Planning & Implementation
Reports to: Senior Officer Strategy Planning & Implementation
Purpose:
Implements the Corporate Strategic and Annual Work Plan Processes
Assist together information in Monitoring and reporting on the Implementation of the Strategic and the Annual Corporate Plan Performance against Set Targets
Qualifications and experience:
• Honors degree in any of the following fields; Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Development Finance and Banking or any other related discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
• Post graduate qualification in Risk or Project Management is added advantage.
• Proficiency in computer skills in analytical software packages i.e. SPSS or SAS is desirable
• Two (02) years of progressive working experience in Strategy design and implementation field in a busy commercial entity
• Exposure in designing organizational strategy requirements is desirable.
