Our client, a leading financial institution in the microfinance sub-sector in Uganda, is seeking to fill the vacant positions below:

Job Title: Manager Monitoring & Evaluation
Reports to: Head Quality Assurance Services
Purpose:
• Assesses, Monitor and Evaluate Company / Dept. Annual Work Plans
• Report on the Implementation Company / Dept. Plan Performance against Set Targets

Qualifications and experience:
• Honors degree in any of the following fields; Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Development Finance and Banking or any other related discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Micro Finance, Banking, Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized University / Institution.
• Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage specializing in CFA, CIMA, CIA, ICSA.
• Post graduate qualification in M&E Management is desirable.
• Proficiency in computer skills in analytical software packages i.e. SPSS or SAS is a must.
• Exposure in donor M&E reporting requirements is desirable. Eight (08) years of progressive working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation field with at least 4 years related work experience at the middle management level.
