Its Vision is “A Recognized Centre of Globally Competitive Educational Assessment and Certification” and its mission is “Conduct Valid, Reliable, Equitable and Quality Assessment of Learners’ Achievement in a Professional and Innovative Manner and Award Internationally Recognized Certificates”.
