Job title: 6 Project Manager – International Development
Salary Scale： UGX 1,500,000-2,000,000

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in connecting with Ugandan colleges and universities and vocational colleges, and obtain project requirements; maintain a close relationship with local colleges and vocational colleges.
• Assist in connecting with Uganda local government education authorities at all levels, maintain relations with government departments, and obtain government projects and government policy support; Assist in generating proposal in training service, HSE Docs
• Assist to connect with Uganda local international organizations, maintain relations with various organizations, and obtain projects;
• Assist the project bidding process management, including customer docking, order acquisition, bid preparation, follow-up and project execution.
• Assist in the planning and management of market channels, mainly including: international organizations, non-governmental organizations and other institutions;
• Responsible for assisting in the integration and maintenance of training and consulting resources;
• Responsible for docking with relevant partners.

Requirements
• Master’s degree or above, major in engineering;
• Ability to conduct business negotiations, technical exchanges and compile relevant documents with customers;
• Have the spirit of hard work, result-oriented awareness, self-management ability, and teamwork ability.
