5. Farm Manager (1 position)
Candidates must have basic understanding of the functioning of seed agri-business, crop production and animal production in line with climate smart farming techniques. Must be passionate about sales generation, Must maintain professional networks and keep abreast of developments in agricultural science, result oriented person, keen problem solver who is focused on efficiency and takes hands on approach.

Key Responsibilities, Experience & Skills required for farm manager.
• Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff under you understand expectations
• Ensure seeds, fertilizers, pesticides are regularly restocked .
• Collaborating with senior staff to prepare staff budgets and financial reports.
• Must be able to ride motorcycle .
• Computer literate

Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma and certificate in general Agriculture mainly on crop production, animal management.
At least 2 years’ experience in crop and animal management on farm (mixed farm) mainly for Farm Manager.
