Reporting to: Manager- Applications and Implementations
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager- Applications and Implementations, the role holder’s role will be responsible for providing technical operations supervisory oversight of the growing agency and products partner network. It proactively coordinates cross-functional technical response, field visits, incident resolutions, systems documentation and performance reviews across agency and partner platforms, integrating with the bank digital payment channels; to guarantee end-to-end technology efficiencies in the ecosystem.
