REPORTING TO: Head of Business Technology
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Business Technology, the role holder’s role will be responsible for participating in the BT Strategy formulation and implementation of effective release management, efficient monitoring and performance tracking of the bank services channels and relationship management with Technology partners, to assure a very high degree of availability and stability of bank services.
