IRC Uganda is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager responsible for coordinating MEAL in IRC Uganda Country programme and collaborating with the Global Accountability and Adaptation team to implement IRC’s MEAL Strategy. This includes; responsibilities related to performance monitoring, compliance and data quality, data use, knowledge exchange, reporting, and program learning. He/She will be the country focal point to assist technical managers in the MEAL aspects of their respective programmes and build the capacity of field staff in effective use of the data management tools and reporting templates
