About Us Established in 1971, African Evangelistic Enterprise – Uganda (AEE-U) exists is part of the global Africa Enterprise International whose mission is to evangelize the cities of Africa through word (proclamation) and deed (social action) in partnership with the church. AEE-U wishes to recruit competent and skilled people who can help to take the organization to the next level. Below are summaries of the positions for which detailed Job Descriptions may be requested for from AEE-U.
Missions Manager:
Responsible for planning, coordinating all evangelistic mission initiatives and supports recruitment, onboarding and technical capacity building for Missions’ Department staff. He/She provides missions technical support towards quality assurance in missions endeavors of AEE-U e.g. at Program sites, Nile Vocational Institutes and Milne Medical Centre. He/ She contributes towards developing Missions’ strategic plan of AEE-U.
The Missions Manager contributes towards the enhancement of staff spiritual nurture and serves as Secretary to the Missions Sub-Committee of the Board of AEE-U. Qualification/Competences: 2.1 A Minimum of Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in areas such as Theology, Biblical Studies, Social Work and Social Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Child Education, Urban Development Studies, Agriculture, Environment or any relevant field of study. Experienced at leading evangelistic missions in an inter-denominational evangelical church setting. Experience at leading sizable staff and volunteers’ teams in evangelistic endeavors in a variety of cultural contexts id desirable. Proven skills at exercising stewardship over financial, human and other resources would be desirable too. Well-developed Christian values that are evident in her/his practice of professional skills and in their life overall.
