A leading Commercial Bank in Uganda has retained the services of Future Options to recruit exceptional individuals for the following position.
Manager – IT Security Operation Centre .

The Manager – IT Security Operation Centre is responsible for establishing and managing enterprise-wide Information Security risk management programme by instituting ongoing risk assessment, strategic planning, implementation, communication, training and awareness activities in response to identified risk areas. The Manager – IT Security Operation will engage in all security initiatives/projects undertaken by IT that enhance business processes. S/he will detect, assess, monitor and prevent cybersecurity incidents through proactive threat analysis. S/he will implement effective IT security management across the organisation (application and host security, endpoint security, network security (servers, Local Area Network/ Wide Area Networks)

Requirements: The suitable candidate should possess an Honour or Information Technology from a recognised University. Certification in IT Security is desirable. S/he should have at least seven years of working experience in IT audit or IT security management. The candidate should be familiar with the service delivery culture and support function
