Together, we serve close to Imillion clients while impacting over 3.5million children.

Internal Audit Officer
Reports to: Internal Audit Manager
Purpose of Position
To Work with the institution to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes;
To advise management on the adequacy of the systems, risk management and controls.

Minimum education, training and experience required for the position
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training
• University degree in accountancy or any other related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in microfinance is preferred
• Professional Qualification in a relevant field e.g. CISA, CIA, ACCA, CPAU and a member of a professional body
• Proficient in Sun Accounts, eMerge, TMS or other relevant accounting software
