Job Title: Supervisor— Production Sweets Factory
Job Ref: 2020.08.55/SF-M-S&C-05
Reporting to Deputy Manager – Production .
Will be responsible for:
• Planning, organizing materials and other resources relevant for production of sweets following the set standards.
• Coordinating the activities of the cooker unit in order to maximize the efficiency in the production of sweets.
• Checking and maintaining the quality of sweets at all times and avoiding possible wastage.
• Allocating duties to shift workers with specific targets to enhance efficiency and sharing tasks.
• Coordinating and advising Workshop Staff/Technicians during factory breakdown or general maintenance.
• Maintaining production document and data as and when required by management.
• Ensuring proper records keeping as per ISOIUNBS standard.
• Enforcing the maintenance of high standards of hygiene and general cleanliness of all the machines and factory at large.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be holders of Diploma in Industrial Chemistry or Food Science and Technology with a bias toward Confectionery from a recognized institution coupled with a certificate in supervisory Management.
Experience: Applicants must have at least 2 (two) years working experience in similar field.
