Job Title: Customer Care Executives
The Customer Care Executive will be based in any of Pride’s location and will report directly to the Operations Supervisor. He/she will be responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries and complaints. The incumbent will also be required to guide the clients on the most suitable products for them and also open new accounts, as well handle clients’ account related issues.
