Eligible Offerors are required to complete and submit all the required documents as detailed in Section IV – PRESENTING AN OFFER – of the solicitation document.
Offers must be received by the closing date and time as specified in Section I, item 3 of the solicitation document, and submitted by email to the Point of Contact in Section IV, item 2.
Offers must be in a standard file type such as Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). All should be in one document which should not exceed 10MB.
