National Account Manager at Liquid Telecom

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and prospect for new business

Supports Group/Regional Account Manager with the acquisition strategy and leverage global deals to win locally

Represents LTU at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Liaison with internal teams on price and specifications for quotations

Ensures all contracted revenue streams are invoiced and accounted for

Client Relationship Management – maintains allocated product mix and builds and grows customer relationships

Sales Operations

Documents and maintains relevant client information proposals, contracts etc on Sales Force

Coordinates with the Technical Team for solutions management

Assesses the customer satisfaction of the solution capturing lessons learned and sharing

these with the appropriate teams to drive improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Essential)

• IT Knowledge is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ solution selling and product experience within Telco/ISP essential
