We are a fast growing, medium sized media firm in Kampala – Uganda. Established in 2019, we are a young but, vibrant, creative enterprise looking towards addressing the customers’ needs in content creation and dissemination for business, leisure and learning..

Description of Purpose
Ensure strategic and efficient development and implementation of suitable and result-oriented marketing activities for the firm.
Key Result Areas
• Develop and be the focal point in implementing a workable marketing strategy for the firm
• Brand management for the firm
• Public relations
• Develop feasible partnerships
• Identify events where the brand can gain further visibility
• Advertising

Qualification and Experience
• A degree in Marketing or a related degree from a recognized institution
• 5 years’ working experience in the service industry, preferably media.

Technical Competences
• Highly creative and good at developing concepts and ideas for implementation
• Knowledge of both traditional and digital / online marketing
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong writing, storytelling and all-round creativity.
• Sales & Negotiation
• Technology savvy

Behavioral Competence
• High integrity
• Authenticity
• Ability to use good judgement
• Team player with excellent people skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver under tight deadlines
